How We Handle Enquiry Data
When you send the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you need and any message you add. We use them only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare your quote.
The legal basis is your consent, given with the tick box on the form, and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you. Your details are sent securely by email and are not sold or passed to anyone for marketing.
Enquiry details are kept only for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and are then deleted.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. If analytics or other optional cookies are added later, a cookie banner will ask for your consent before any of them are set.
Your Rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
